Once a glorious civilization, the city of Atlantis sank beneath the sea after a catastrophic-proportion disaster. Millennia after, the knowledge and culture of the Atlantian had faded with time. The light of the once proud city shines still, penetrating the deepest depth in the ocean.

Daily DeviationThe Forgotten Atlantis by ~firedudewraith is an exquisite underwater painting. So realistic and full of life you can almost feel it. A beautiful digital creation that mimics traditional mediums in a wonderful way! (Suggested by ~ShittyValentine and Featured by `cosmosue)

It's not denial. I'm just selective about the reality I accept.
Veeeeery top-notch, mate. The foreground is just stunning. I love all the colors and the detail, such as the iron ribbing on the building farthest right. I do think that it needs something to the left to balance out the foreground. It is very heavy and dark on the right and kinda light and airey on the left. Maybe a fish or something? A mantaray? hehe just my thoughts.

:D fantastic job though, very well done.
Hello =) I agreed with you with the balance. I am sure a few silhouttes of fish up close will help greatly. Thanks.
Fantasic image! Glad to see you finished the piece and looking forward to seeing more of your work. Cheers! /j
